Summary

Applications are invited for this post of Electrical Project Officer. Working within Housing Investment Services based at Warehouse 9.
Working within a small team providing electrical management and support on a wide range of projects from residential dwellings and works on communal areas. This will include fire alarms, CCTV, ventilation and other building infrastructure works linked to the varied disciplines required.
The work also involves day to day repairs, planned servicing, new installations and specialist projects working within the current regulations and specifications to deliver an efficient cost effect service.
The successful applicant will need to have detailed knowledge of legislation related to all aspects of electrical installations and maintenance particularly BS7671:2008 18th Edition Regulations and electricity at work regulations.
