Summary

Location - Cannock, Staffordshire or Kings Cross, London (expectations to travel to Veolia offices and sites when necessary)
Salary - £competitive + Veolia Benefits (Car Allowance + Significant Bonus & Generous Pension Scheme)
Hours - 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

As a senior leader within the IWE business development team, the purpose of this role is to positively contribute to our strategic business development objectives driving the growth of our IWE business through the leadership of a team of Business Development Leads and Managers who are targeted with securing new Industrial, Waste Water, Energy & IFM contract wins. This role specifically looks after our Municipal Water division.

What we're looking for:

  • Leadership and management - particularly related to business development activities.
  • Ability to create strategic vision and connect others to it.
  • Coaching and mentoring skill set.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management at c-suite/senior management level.
  • Strong level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent level of commercial acumen and financial modeling.
  • Emotional intelligence and positive personal impact.
