Summary


Are you an experienced and dynamic professional looking to take on a leadership role in the healthcare sector? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

As the senior estates professional (Intelligent Client), you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of engineering and building services across our Retained estates at Peterborough, Hinchingbrooke, and Stamford healthcare campuses. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
• Leadership & Management:Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the Trust’s retained building and engineering services.
• Compliance & Standards:Ensure all engineering and maintenance operations, including contract work, comply with current legislation (Building, Health & Safety, etc.).
• Operational Excellence:Oversee the day-to-day management of engineering and maintenance services to guarantee efficient and effective operations.
• Team Management:Lead and manage all Hard FM staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
