We are seeking a motivated individual based in Sheffield, to join our team as a Sales and Renewals Advisor.

As an Insurance Sales Advisor you will provide home insurance directly to online consumers and through our contact centre. In this role you will work with a leading brand in complex home insurance in the UK to deliver the world's most intelligent property insurance.

We offer rotational shift patterns for 40 hours per week from Monday (09:00 and 20:00) to Saturday (09:00 - 13:00) at our newly refurbished office in Sheffield.

What you will do in this role

As a Sales and Renewals Advisor on our team, you will:

  • Support customers on inbound calls who are thinking about setting up a new policy, making amendments to an existing policy or looking to renew
  • Understand our customers' needs to provide a solution that will help them get the most from the product
  • Be an expert on our products and deliver excellent customer service, providing customers with peace of mind
  • Proactively identify improvements to the customer journey and service we offer
  • Explore opportunities to sell and retain customer products and earn incentives

Your qualifications and experience
