This is an opportunity for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team as a Clinical Lead, working across North Solihull.

As part of the Community Mental Health Transformation, our Neighbourhood Teams are working within GP surgeries with the aim of being more accessible and embedded within our communities. We are working closely with Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), voluntary sector services, and many other teams to develop a smoother pathway between services.

The Clinical Lead is a pivotal role in embedding of services within Primary Care Networks, and supporting the increased integration of the Neighbourhood Team and the CMHT. The role will provide leadership and support to the team, and will provide and support high quality clinical care.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of national change and developments in the delivery of community mental health care.

You will provide clinical leadership, support and supervision to clinical staff, and support the team with advice and guidance on the management of complex clinical cases

You will ensure that the team works in a collaborative manner with all agencies across the clinical pathway, and you will support effective communication

You will support the team in delivering holistic, recovery focused mental health care

You will ensure that standards of care are measured and reviewed

You will support service improvement, and lead on some workstreams

You will provide safe and effective triage, assessment and clinical intervention, and to support others to do so
