Summary
To gather, analyse and interpret information in order to provide reports in respect of key quality indicators. To seek assurance that standards are being achieved or that actions are completed where issues are highlighted. To facilitate the investigation of serious incidents, internal investigations and complaints in accordance with Trust policies and procedures and ensure that lessons are learned are implemented, and shared within the Division and across the organisation.
