We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

The Council is recruiting for a Housing Development Manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Strategic Housing Team and support the delivery of housing services within Charnwood as our Housing Development Manager.
In this role you will lead the housing development team and work with partners to deliver the council’s housing strategy and increase the supply of affordable housing within the borough, by enabling the delivery of new affordable homes, bringing empty homes back into use, acquiring new council homes and making the best use of existing council homes.
We are looking for a positive and committed individual with strong communication and partnership working skills, experience of staff and service management, and experience of housing development / housing enablement services.
