Join our Diabetes and Endocrine Department as an administrator, and be committed to supporting our patients across Dorset.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and IT skills both written and verbal. You’ll help to collate relevant data that underpins how valuable the BERTIE program is for people living with Type 1 Diabetes and ensure that the Trust continues to meet QISMET accreditation.

Base Location: Bournemouth Hospital

Interview Date: TBC
• Ensure the BERTIE Evaluation data is up to date – this allows the Trust to maintain QISMET registration as an accredited programme.
• Ensure administrative processes are replaced with accurate electronic processes
• Develop links with Primary Care GP Practices to create a universal system of recording patients that have completed BERTIE course.
• Estimate the number of patients Type 1 Diabetes currently registered with University Hospitals Dorset NHS FT who have completed Type 1
• Diabetes educational courses
• Assist with QISMET revalidation work activities
