Are you an experienced Admin Assistant or Receptionist looking for a new challenge? Do you have a background within the Motor Trade? Are you in the region or commutable distance to Ayr?
I am currently working with an independent Franchise Dealership that is locate din Ayr, who are looking for an Admin/Service/Front of House Assistant for their reputable and busy site.
What is needed as an Admin Assistant:
- Previous experience working in the Motor Trade.
- Experience as either Admin Assistant/Reception/Service Assistant or similar.
- Have fantastic Customer Service.
- Able to take incoming phone calls in a confident manner.
- Have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to direct walk-ins and enquiries to the right person.
- Can handle a fast paced environment.
- Able to multitask jobs and can adapt to changes or needs of the business.
