Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Office based - EH18 area
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7 - including every second weekend on a rota basis)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 8 weeks initially - possible extension

Job Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions.
- Deliver best-in-class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
- Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues.
- Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
- Meet internal service level KPIs.
- Support team members and store teams as required.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player who works considerately with others.
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering the right experience for our customers.
- Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written, editing, and communication skills.
