**Requirements:**

- Demonstrate experience as a joiner, both 1st and 2nd fix.

- Precision and attention to detail.

- Hardworking and organised.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Full UK driving license (essential).

- Own tools.

- Valid CSCS Card.

- Willingness to travel to sites across the Highlands.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing for extended periods; lifting heavy loads; working at height; working in all weather conditions.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Commitment to safety rules.

- Ability to follow instructions.

- Proactive and able to use own initiative.

- Ability to problem-solve on the spot.

We provide company hoodie and t-shirt, Hi-Vis, hard hats, ear defenders, eye and hand protection – you must have your own safety boots and workwear.
