Our client are looking for a Clinical Director to make a real difference and shape the future of their practice. This role offers a mix of surgery, consultations, and mentoring colleagues, all while setting clinical and professional goals. You'll help steer the practice's growth alongside the senior leadership team. With a balanced split between clinical and managerial duties across two sites, you will receive full support and encouragement with your leadership development.
The practice spans over 2 sites, consisting of 4 Vets, 9 experienced RVN's, SVN'S and ACA's. In their team, what makes them special is their collective dedication to innovation and collaboration. Each member brings unique skills and interests to the table, fostering a truly collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and supported for mutual growth.
The Rota:
• Open to full time or part time applicants
• Typical role would be 4 days a week
• 1:4 Saturdays 8.30am-2pm
• No OOH!
• Closed bank holidays and Sundays
