Salary: £40,000
On behalf of one of the UK's leading homecare providers I am now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the services in Chingford.
My client specialises in the provision of residential care for a range of elderly and dementia needs. The company operate a number of home care services and day care services. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services and consistently strive to ensure the provision of the highest quality service to their Service Users.
An experienced and motivated individual is required to support the operations director to manage their Domiciliary Care Branch within Essex and East London. My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience of managing within domiciliary care
RMA or be willing to work towards
A full UK driving license
Experience of managing a staff team
Experience of managing budgets
Duties will include:
• To manage the day to day running of the domicliary care service
• To work with the Managers to plan, review, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company and regulatory requirements; and to carry out remedial action where required;
• To carry out Service User assessment visits and reviews;
• Liaise and work with all and any regulatory/ compliance agency and local authority social services' departments, and comply where appropriate with their requirements;
• To ensure staff rotas and work scheduling is carried out correctly and in a timely
manner.
• To ensure all administration processes are followed in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
• To adhere to, operate and ensure compliance by all Branch staff with, the Company's Statement of Purpose, Service User Guide, and Handbooks.
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager's salary package, including:

The service manager will be expected to work 40 hours per week and generally works Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm although occasional on call work will be required.
