Location: 1, West Way Amenities Hub, Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge.
Salary: £44,119.96
5 out of 7 days shift pattern.
Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef at our client's vibrant social hub in Cambridge. In this role, you'll lead and manage a small team of 3 chefs and 1 kitchen porter, ensuring exceptional food service across various outlets.
As the culinary leader, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding meals and catering to KPI and Modern Recipe guidelines. You'll own the culinary operations, both front and back of the house, and ensure compliance with company standards. Leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Possesses relevant culinary qualifications/training.
- Proficient in recipe development, food costings, and managing GP (Gross Profit).
- Familiarity with culinary standards and compliance environment
- Strong financial understanding and skilled in budget management
- Ability to effectively lead culinary operations.
- Experienced in driving culinary innovation.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- DBS Required
