looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our savoury squad as QA Technician. If you've got a knack for fast-paced food

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Technician to join our team at Wrights Pies. The ideal
candidate will have experience in a QA technician role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. As a QA Technician, you
will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and
driving continuous improvement initiatives.





JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR QA:

* Conduct daily verification of all Critical Control Points (CCPs)
* Perform daily GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and NCR (Non-Conformance) reporting
* Conduct daily chiller and freezer temperature checks
* Perform ATP, microbiological, and allergen swabbing
* Carry out microbiological product sampling
* Conduct thorough quality checks
* Perform daily and weekly calibrations (temperature probes and scales)
* Conduct monthly glass and plastic audits
* Participate in daily taste panels
* Audit production paperwork
* Undertake any other tasks assigned by the QA Manager.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Proficient in both written and verbal English
* Experience in QA or manufacturing in a food environment (desired)
* Ideally possess Food Safety Level 2 certification
