Summary
Are you an experienced Cocktail Bartender looking to get our weekends back?
THE JOB:
• Managing day to day operations of the Bar
• Preparation and service of drinks i.e. classic cocktails, wine, spirit and mixer, juices.
• Bar cleanliness and restocking according to the par levels.
• Cleaning duties
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Assistance with the F&B Service
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Experience working in a Cocktail Bar, 4 or 5* Hotel
• Stability in your career to date.
• Can do attitude.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of Food Hygiene as well as Health and Safety practices.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year)
THE PACKAGE:
• 31K per annum + TRONC + Bonus (36-38K OTE)
• 40h per week with only approximately 10 weekends per year!
