As part of our Housing Management Contract’s Compliance team, you’ll ensure that legislative requirements are met when managing existing asbestos in our asset portfolio. You’ll support development of the service and embed best practice within our asbestos management arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:
• Management refurbishment, demolition, and reinspection surveys on domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Producing asbestos reports and advising a variety of stakeholders.
• Carrying out technical reviews of outgoing reports.
• Supporting planning and delivery of investment works.
• Preparing briefs and specifications, and commissioning consultants and contractors, to provide specialist services, reports, or surveys.
• Maintaining a list of approved asbestos removal contractors and asbestos consultancies.
• Overseeing and maintaining the asbestos register.

What we’re looking for:
• P402 Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos.
• Ideally BOHS, P403, P404, and P405 modules.
• Experience working in the Housing Sector.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Being able to travel between sites using your own vehicle.
