Summary

John Hansard Gallery – one of the UK's leading contemporary art galleries that is part of the University of Southampton and an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation – is seeking to recruit a Head of Audience Development who will be a key member of the Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate for this new role will lead the Communications team and work with a range of partners and collaborators to successfully develop the Gallery's profile and grow audiences. The Head of Audience Development will provide strategic leadership and oversee the development and implementation of effective audience development plans, communications strategies, and marketing campaigns. Extensive previous experience working in a comparative role in a gallery, museum, or cultural organisation is essential.
