Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, hardworking team at Brighton Marina.
This role is crucial in shaping how we are perceived by berth holders and visitors. It's a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join a fast-paced team in a prime location.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Building strong working relationships with berth holders and tenants
• Learning and using computer software systems
• Maintaining a positive attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
Work environment:
• Primarily office-based with some outdoor work
• Includes working some weekends and bank holidays
• Rota: 10 days on, 4 days off
Qualifications and experience:
• Experience in customer service is essential
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
• "Can do" attitude and flexibility in teamwork
• Boating experience is beneficial but not essential
