Christ Church Upper Armley CE Primary School is situated in a vibrant and diverse community, less than a mile from Leeds city centre. We are a warm and welcoming school, steeped in 150 years of history. Our children are at the heart of everything we do and we strive to work with parents, carers and the local community as we believe that the development of our young people requires committed support from all the adults in their lives.

As our Office Administrator you will play an integral role in the school office by providing a comprehensive service to employees, parents, pupils, and governors. As an effective communicator you will liaise with the community at Christ Church and Upper Armley ensuring that service delivery is effective and of a high standard.

Previous administration experience within a school is preferred but if you can demonstrate transferable skills, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking to hear from talented individuals who can:

Confidently undertake a broad range of administrative and reception duties.
Adeptly use Microsoft platforms to process documentation and data.
Use their experience of working as a team in an office environment to communicate effectively and ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Work agilely to handle different situations that arise and contribute positively to the wider community at Christ Church and Upper Armley.
