Summary
Raise awareness and facilitate educational events to ensure primary care educators/educational supervisors feel confident to counsel/coach and support their learners prior, during and on return to work following a period out of training. Provide individual advice to complex trainees around SRTT needs Liaise with other SRTT champions across London to design and deliver resources and events for returning GP trainees. Liaise with the central SRTT team and London Educational Network, working with the Health Education Team (HET) to improve communication and accuracy of data Be the point of contact for SRTT issues across the North Central London area Connect and work with the local Training Hubs across the North Central London area. This role would be suitable for a GP with an interest in education and peer wellbeing who enjoys connecting and communicating and delivering of training.
