Summary
Powder Coating Operative
Location: Heywood, OL10 2TS.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Contract: Full or part time contracts available.

Our new, clean, bright 63,000 sq. Ft site in Heywood, Lancashire is the largest containment factory in the northwest, just minutes from the m66 and m62. We have invested £1m in our facility, with state-of-the-art machinery and great staff facilities including showers, canteen, and plenty of on-site parking.

We are currently looking for a Powder Coating Operative to join our growing company.

Your Role
As a Powder Coating Operative, you will work on the preparation and coating of metal panels and frameworks, ensuring you achieve a very high standard finish on each piece you work on.
About You:
To join us, you will need:
* To have previous experience in the preparation and coating of metal panels and framework to a very high standard finish
* To be familiar with and adhere to the health and safety aspects of the process
* To have a strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions to comply with the production requirements
* To be able to proficiently read engineering drawings to produce the desired output in accordance to the specification
* To be proactive and work on your own initiative when required
* Have experience of and enjoy working in a fast moving environment
* To be prepared to carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of the plant and equipment.
