What you’ll be doing: As Internal Business Development Manager in our Bolton branch, you’ll manage a panel of brokers aligned to the National Trading Centre (NTC). You’ll be the key contact for broker relationships within the NTC. You’ll manage regular reviews of broker strategic development plans, working closely with senior managers and the Regional Manager. You’ll maximise income and revenue, with a focus on profitable growth. Please note – internally this role is known as Senior Internal Business Development Manager.

You'll work at least 60% of your week away from home, either at our Bolton office, visiting brokers or attending industry events. Your brokers are based nationally, and you’ll manage the relationship face to face, by phone or MS Teams. Travel costs for broker visits covered by AXA Commercial.
