Summary

JOB OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Godalming Junior School in Godalming. This role is to support the 1:1 learning of a child with ASD. It is a varied role, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Supporting the individual needs of a child with ASD on a 1:1 basis. Knowledge of ASD would be an advantage.Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning. Accompanying groups on trips.

The contract is initially for 1 academic year with the potential to extend. This could be a full time or part time role, with days negotiable. Visits to the school are encouraged and warmly welcomed.
