Summary
Daily roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Talking to clients and guiding them through IT support issues.
- Logging and dealing with tickets from clients through our remote monitoring and management tool.
- Completing client jobs/ projects.
- Answering the phone, taking details and transferring to the right person.
- Going to client's sites and fixing issues.
- Documenting work done using our work OS.
- Keeping own workspace tidy, cleaning duties are shared as a team around the office.
At Arc IT Solutions, you will be working towards a Level 3 Information Communication Technician Qualification over the course of 15 months.
