The children and young people’s care group within CWP has recently redesigned community CAMHS services to allow greater flexibility for the workforce and to improve patient flow through the system. The Thrive model is a point of reference for this framework.

Following redesign the new teams have consolidated into four locality-based 0-18 teams: Wirral, West Cheshire, Central Cheshire and East Cheshire with the Central Cheshire service operating out of two bases.
