The Digital Technologies team focuses ondelivering and sustaining successful digital change implementation. Our primary function is to support Trust staff to use and optimise current and future clinical systems and technologies with I.T. enabled projects. Within the Digital Technologies team, you will work as aDigital Technologies Specialistwith clinical services, I.T. services and our System Suppliers tofacilitateand work inProjectsand BAU workaimed towards implementing systems/ upgrades andsystem enhancements, to ensure Service requirements are achieved.


Working pattern:


37.5 hours per week.


Whileflexible working is a part of the role, travellingto sites in Berkshirefrequentlytooversee projectsisamust.

For you to be considered for this role:
• You will be expected to demonstrate strong IT knowledge
• Have knowledge of Clinical systems such as RiO, Docman, Dictation Systems, Connected Care, Video Consultations etc.
• Will have experience of working on successful IT implementations projects.
• Ability to work to deadlines and act under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise workload for self and other.
• Ability to show and work on own initiative
• Ideally based around the Berkshire area, to support frequent travel in Berkshire.



• Ensure services procedures existforsmoothday to dayrunning.
• Anticipate,manageand resolve issues.
• Responsible forsupportingofa range of projects/ BAU work,while adjustingand adapting.
• Develop and manage relationships with 3rd parties, implementing process and routines to enable 3rd parties to jointly deliver.
• Ensure a smooth transfer with business-as-usual teamsor BAU processes.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to promote and support project delivery and ensure change is embedded.
• Carry out regular reviews to ensure staffand services have continued support.

The3“must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
• Change Management qualification OR equivalent experience.
• Ideally based around the Berkshire area, to support frequent travel in Berkshire.
• Minimum 3 years experienceworking in a project/digital transformation environment involved in business change or equivalent experience.
