Summary

Nature of the job role: Support in the home.

Main Duties:
Female PA is required to support employer in the home.

Personal Duties:
Morning call between 9am and 10am (flexible with prior agreement) - 60 mins X 7 days per week
Assist and support service user (SU) to undress, shower, wash and dry hair. Take medication, help with incontinence pads, empty commode and change sheets if soiled. Make breakfast and leave drinks and snacks for lunch. Light housework, washing, vacuum, clean bathroom and kitchen.

Early evening call @6pm - 45mins X 7 days per week
Assist SU to ensure changing of incontinence pad and shower if needed. Change into nightwear. Ensure SU has taken her medication and eaten a light meal. Leave drinks for bedtime. Light housework duties.

Additional tasks:
Vacuuming when needed, washing clothes, changing bedding and washing. Occasional deep clean.

Hours of work:
12.5 hours per week – (Monday to Sunday)

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Alzheimer care.

Skills & Experience:
Looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly individual female with good communication skills.

Enhanced DBS check required.

References required.
