Summary
CMA are currently representing their client who are based in Andover, Hampshire for a Finance Assistant to join their busy team. This position is newly created due to growth and offers fantastic opportunities for progression along with study support!
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
• Generating sales invoices.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Chasing outstanding debts.
• Processing staff expenses and credit card reconciliations.
• Monitor and review payment plan arrangements.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Weekly/Monthly Aged Debtor reviews.
• Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
• End of month closing routines.
• Supporting in general accounting processes, cash reconciliations and journal postings.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:
• Previous experience of working in a finance environment.
• Good level Excel skills.
• Enthusiastic and excellent team player.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
