We are looking to appoint an excellent office administrator who will bring positivity and enthusiasm to our school office. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Each of our individual roles has an impact on the future of our children and so, we put them at the heart of the decisions we make and the services we provide. We know the importance of forming outstanding relationships and you will need to be passionate about forming positive relationships with the children in school, the Candleby Lane staff team as well as parents and the local community.
As part of your role, you will work with the office team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the busy school office. Your role will include creating letters and newsletters; being a positive presence as front of house; organising school trips; tracking and managing attendance; managing school resources and facilitating the use of Parent Pay for our school community.
