Full or part hours considered
£16.00 per hour increasing with experience
You will be responsible for making precision tools (Die’s and Calibrators) which are then be used in this busy manufacturing facility. You will be working with a variety of materials including metals, alloys, plastics.
Key Skills
• Experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes
• Polishing and fitting tools
• Experience with quality control analysis
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Reading and interpreting design schematics and CAD drawings
Experience required
• Time served apprenticeship essential
• Experience in electrical discharge machining
