Pay & Hours of Work
· 15-20 hours per week completely flexible hours / days
· £12.00 per hour
Responsibilities
· Speak with customers via telephone and email to organise payments
· Process payments and keep customer records up to date
· Produce credit reports for management
· Escalate issues to if debts are not paid within an agreed time
· Answering incoming calls to the office, dealing with general queries, transferring calls through to the relevant person
· General office Administration including data entry, filing
Essential Skills
· Previously worked with a Credit Controller position
· Strong communication skills including a confident telephone manner
· Administration based experience
