Job Description
This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support within the Autism Unit. You will work closely with the class teacher and therapists to implement personalized learning programs. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, helping each child feel valued and supported. Your role will be crucial in developing pupils' social, communication, and behavioral skills, while ensuring their safety and welfare.
