Summary
-Manage and handle company internal networks and monitor company servers and email database infrastructure.
-Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
-Test new hardware and software before full-scale deployment to ensure compatibility and performance.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise.
-Repair and replace damaged computer and network components to ensure minimal downtime.
-Ensure the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.
-Implement and manage security protocols to protect against data breaches and cyber-security threats.
-Provide support to users encountering challenges with computers and network devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
