Summary
The post-holder will be accountable for the effective day to day administration of the call and recall system for people from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland with diabetes to the diabetic eye screening service. They will be responsible for organising yearly screening appointments, making sure policies for cancellation and non-attendance are adhered to and that screening sessions are filled. The checking and maintenance of accurate up to date data on computerised and manual records is essential. The post-holder will be expected to assist as trainer and mentor for other clerical staff under the direction of the team leader.
