Summary
To comply with all aspects of the Environmental Health Regulations, the Trust's codes of practice on hygiene, food preparation and service, pest control etc. and all aspects of security and fire procedures and regulations in the catering areas. To maintain a neat and clean appearance and display a courteous and pleasant manner at all times. To wear protective clothing provided. The post holder will participate in any training and staff appraisals as appropriate. In common with all Trust employees, the post holder will be required to maintain complete confidentiality in relation to patients, staff and the Trusts business. The post holder will adhere to all Departmental/Trust policies and procedures (including Financial, Personnel and Health and Safety).
