Summary
Warehouse Operative ( PPT/ Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2
upto £12.92* per hour & excellent company benefits
Full-time, permanent 37.5 hrs/week
Various shift patterns available: Early/ Late
Monday to Friday ( either 6 am- 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm shifts) occasional optional overtime ( paid at a higher rate)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with JSDavidison, a growing temperature-controlled logistics organisation based in Woodston, Peterborough, for a full-time Warehouse Operative with MHE (Experience with PPT/Counterbalance or Reach)
Key Responsibilities include: -Warehouse Operative ( PPT/ Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2
Unloading vehicles and receiving goods in and out
Loading on company transport and third-party vehicles
Accurate preparation and picking of orders
Working with computerised and RF warehouse management systems
Ensure stock is rotated correctly
General housekeeping duties
Carrying out all duties whilst adhering to Health and Safety requirements
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the roles: -Warehouse Operative ( PPT/ Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2
- Previous distribution centre, chilled store, or warehouse operative experience desirable
- Powered pallet truck experience essential
- Reach/ Counterbalance truck forklift licence is preferred but not essential
- Happy to work in a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius (clothing will be provided)
- Good standard of education & fluency in English”
