Role Overview:
Assist in maximizing sales and profit by performing various tasks to improve the store and provide friendly, efficient service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver professional and efficient customer service
Prepare high-standard food items
Maintain a clean and attractive shop and product displays
Maximize sales and profitability
Collaborate with the Store Manager and team
Report customer complaints to the manager on duty
Comply with health and food safety regulations
Skills & Experience:
Essential: Basic literacy and numeracy
Desirable: NVQ level 2-3 in retail skills or customer care, previous cash handling, customer-facing experience
