Maths Teacher Role:As a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with the possibility of teaching A-Level Maths.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment and contribute to the wider school community.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
The idea Maths Teacher will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Mathematics.
- Demonstrate a strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths.
- Have a proven track record of raising student achievement and engagement in Mathematics.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational best practices.
