We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team at Total Control Services Ltd




About us

Total Control Services Ltd are a leading independent employee-owned business within the HVAC Control industry. We design, install,
and maintain Building Energy Management Systems in new and existing buildings to ensure that services within them are operating to
optimum efficiency, reducing consumption of electricity, gas and water, leading to reduction in the premises carbon footprint.




The position

Based at the Tunbridge Wells Head Office and reporting to the Maintenance General Manager, this maternity cover role involves the
planning and arrangement of site work carried out by maintenance engineers; liaison with customers, engineers, sub-contractors and
suppliers; maintaining all planned Maintenance records; processing engineer reports and general administration duties.

1. Undertake the preparation and running of Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts and requests for Callouts in an efficient
manner utilising the processes and procedures in place.
2. Liaise with the Remedial Works coordinator to ensure that Remedial Works tasks can be included into the schedule with minimal
impact upon pre-planned work.
3. Create and maintain tasks, events, and information on the Schedule It Calendar for work to be carried out by the Maintenance
Service Engineers.
4. The Maintenance Account Manager will process, prepare and hand over to the Maintenance Coordinator new and renewed maintenance
contracts for planning into the engineers’ schedule.
5. Deal with breakdown requests from existing and new clients.
6. Liaise with the Contract Support team to ensure that training records are up to date.
7. Maintain DBS and CSCS records for Maintenance staff.
8. Maintain the 24 hour Rota.
9. Manage Fleet of company cars
