Summary


An exciting opportunity has come up on Ward 41 to be Deputy Ward Leader. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of patient care and ready to take on a leadership role within our team.

The purpose of this role is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement. As the Deputy Ward Leader, you will act as the right-hand person to the Ward Leader. Regularly assuming responsibility for the ward and ensuring that the standards and quality of care provided to patients, along with the environment in which care is delivered, are maintained at an exemplary standard.
