Summary
Ben Recruitment are working closely with as well established nursery chain based in North London. This Nursery is an ideal setting for inspiring Babies to pre-school learning, welcoming children from three months to five years of age. There is a strong focus on allowing each child's individual abilities to thrive with a range of stimulating and developmental activities. The facility itself has six separate play areas to suit children as they progress through the age ranges.
Now looking to broaden their team with an experienced Room Leader to join their team.
· This is full time position based on 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.
· 32 paid holidays a year (which include bank holidays and one week off at Christmas)
· Salary is based on qualification & experience starting at £22,500
to 23,500 per year annum
· You will need the following qualifications and 3 years experience: Qualified to NNEB/NVQ level 3/ CACHE Level 3/ BTEC National in Childcare or equivalent
· Have experience of working with children from 0-5 years
· Have experience as Senior Nursery Nurse or Room Leader
· Have working experience and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
· Have a high degree of professionalism and reliability and happy to put their childcare knowledge in to practice
· Be able to liaise effectively with parents and guardians
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Great interpersonal skills
