Summary
SEN Teaching Assistant (Bolton - BL1)
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in the BL1 area of Bolton. This diverse community primary school serves over 420 pupils and has a pupil premium rate of approximately 50%. The position is set to commence in September 2024 and will continue until July 2025, with the potential for a permanent contract based on mutual satisfaction and performance.
Role Overview: You will be working with a Year 2 international new arrival who has faced a traumatic and challenging upbringing. The child, currently functioning at a Nursery/Reception level, has difficulty engaging in activities for extended periods and exhibits challenging behaviors. This role, while demanding, offers immense rewards and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the child's development and well-being.
