Summary


Barts Health NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated People Manager to join the Group Support Services People team on a fixed term/secondment basis until 30 June 2025.

Managing a team of two Senior People Advisors, you will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high quality HR service. Reporting to the Head of People -GSS you will ensure the provision of professional customer-focussed HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programmes.

The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified and have significant experience in dealing with a full range of complex employee relations issues. The ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders is essential along with the determination to make a real difference.
