Summary
Great opportunity to work as an Account Coordinator within our busy team in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our key clients.
The rate of pay is £11.50 per hour
This is a full-time role, working fixed shift, 5 days out of 7 and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 10am to 6pm
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Account Coordinator include:
- Carrying out the booking of staff and ensuring that the customers order has been fulfilled.
- Dealing and speaking with colleagues, team managers and ensuring that staff are working in the correct departments.
- Operating our planners and carry out payroll duties
- Ensure that reports are sent out daily to the customer, accurately and correctly.
There will be a requirement to be in production to ensure the customer and our workers are happy with the work they are carrying out.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker with the ability to deal with people and the customer, ability to use excel spreadsheets and work in a fast paced environment and multi task. Good customer service skills and ability to communicate correctly.
Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Driving licence is required
