The Role
Job Title: Link Worker (Temporary until March 2025)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We have an exciting opportunity as a Link Worker where you will support people to live independently in a place they can call home and will support them to move forward positively in all areas.
You will work with people who have struggled with substance misuse and as a result not been about maintain a long term tenancy. As part of the role you will support the people we work alongside in a multi-agency manner so they can link in with the substance misuse team, health professionals and any other relevant professionals working with the individual.
You will also be part of an on-call rota which is for advice and guidance.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience of working in a similar role. You will have a strong people focus and a thorough understanding of the issues facing those who we work alongside.
