Weekdays preferred from Tuesday -Friday and additional time on Tuesday to break up day
We are looking for personal assistant to help a 78-year-old female who has had a stroke leaving her left hand side affected and is unable to do tasks unassisted. She needs assistance to stand and balance and walks with a stick, supervision is required as she experiences falls especially on uneven surfaces. Our clients husband works a lot so leaves early however her daughter is on site if required.
You will provide support with the following; provision of personal care, a light housekeeping, accompanying on short walk in garden to feed birds.
Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. Having experience within this area would be of benefit.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
