Cover Supervisors in Biggleswade
We are seeking dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisors in Biggleswade to join our team here at Tick Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during staff absence. This role is important in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children in the classroom, ensuring a positive learning experience.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources provided by the absent teacher.
• Manage classroom and behaviour in line with school policies.
• Assist children with their learning, answering questions and providing support.
• Liaise with staff members to ensure work gets completed.
Requirements:
• Previous leading experience working with children within the past 5 years.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and engage a classroom of children effectively.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive can-do attitude.
• Committed to safeguarding and welfare of children.
