Summary
Main responsibilities:
You will be required to advise on a wide range of matters to include Wills, Probate, Estate Management and Administration of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
You will be confident in seeing matters through from initial instruction to post completion using a Case Management System.
You will be required to support others with existing matters as well as being proactive in developing your own caseload.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years PQE.
Experience of running own caseload with minimal supervision.
Experience of using Microsoft 365 applications.
Skills and Capabilities:
Knowledge of all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organisational skills.
High level of numeracy.
Ability to prioritise workload within a busy and environment.
Accuracy and a very high standard of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and deal with multiple tasks effectively.
Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Ability to produce clear and well-presented paperwork.
Location:
Shrewsbury office. Please note that this role will initially be office based, but after the probationary period has been completed, there will be the opportunity for hybrid working.
