We are delighted to be working with a fantastic new client aiding them in their search for a new Export Sales Administrator to join their team.
We are looking to speak with adaptable Export Sales Administrators with proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in managing international sales processes and export documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in sales or a related industry.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail & accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Sage software.
- Familiarity with export regulations, international shipping, and customs documentation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adept in changing priorities.

Role Responsibilities:
Export Account Management:
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency while managing all export accounts.
- Ensure timely processing of export invoices and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues related to export accounts.
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Post Sales Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional post-sales customer service for international clients and designated representatives.
- Address enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.

General:
- Act as the primary point of contact for export queries and after-sales support.
- Handle enquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and any other related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth after-sales processes and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Manage tradeshow orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information and documentation for tradeshow orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding tradeshow order status, shipment details, and any other relevant information.
